Isn’t this just a vape?
Mechanically it is a dry herb vaporizer, so it is related. What goes in it is not. No nicotine, no THC, no e-liquid, no propylene glycol, no flavourings, no solvents — loose botanical leaf and heated air. Loose leaf, warm air and glass — nothing else.
Is it safe?
Heat-not-burn means no combustion and no smoke, which is the design premise. We will not tell you that inhaling anything is risk-free, because nobody honestly can. We tell you exactly what is in each tin, where it was grown, and what temperature it runs at. If you have a respiratory condition, or you are pregnant or nursing, talk to your doctor first. The Kettle is sold to adults 21 and over.
What can I put in it?
Any dried, loose botanical: lavender, chamomile, skullcap, damiana, tulsi, blue lotus, rose, lemon balm — or one of our blends. Source from a local farm or apothecary, or a reputable vendor such as Mountain Rose Herbs. Do not use concentrates, oils or liquids. Avoid resinous plants like pine, frankincense and sage: they are harsh and hard on the device.
